To offer you peace of mind, GCA members offer a free replacement or credit for any container-grown hardy plant which dies. Providing it has received reasonable care, bears the member’s garden centre label and is returned with proof of purchase within one year.
How it works…
- Take a picture of the plant that unfortunately hasn’t survived. This will help us record any problems with our plant quality.
- Bring the plant back to the store or send your photo, along with a description of the problem and your order reference number to marketing@berwickgardencentre.co.uk
- Our plant experts will review the photo and address the issue.
- We will replace your plant or offer you credit
Terms & Conditions…
We guarantee the free replacement or credit of any container-grown hardy plant which dies, providing it has received good care, and has the garden centre label, with proof of purchase within the year window of purchase.
We cannot be held accountable for plants that die due to unseasonal weather conditions, such as extreme frost and snow, or very high temperatures.
The decision to honour the plant guarantee is up to each garden centre manager
