About us
Berwick Garden Centre is a family-owned garden centre which first opened its doors to the public in 1983 by the present owner and we now have a group of three centres, each with their own special identity.

- Supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with EPOS-related procedures.
- Conducting rolling stock takes to maintain accurate stock valuations and inventory records.
- Identifying stock and matching to existing records.
- Writing procedures & record keeping.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, data management, problem-solving, and colleague support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy retail operation.

Previous experience in a retail environment and familiarity with EPOS systems would be advantageous, but these are not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. As a central point of contact within the business, you will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues across departments.

- Have strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Be able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
