About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Baker to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers 14 hours per week across two set days and would suit someone with a strong interest in home baking who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking a range of fresh products (e.g. cakes, traybakes, biscuits, scones)
• Following recipes and production schedules
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Assisting with stock rotation and basic inventory checks
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods

About You

• A genuine passion for baking, ideally with home baking experience
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate desirable but not essential)
